Bedroom Photo

Hey guys, here is a photo of my bedroom and the way it currently looks (I change the duvets, bed sheets and cushions all the time). The color base of my bedroom is really neutral, covering most tones of beige and off white just because it is really easy and fun to play with colors around the bed area...
The decoration of my apartment, like makeup and dressing up, changes according to my mood. Ok, It may not be so easy or cheap to completely change the decoration, but a few small changes like moving a piece of furniture to a different place, purchasing new cushions or even adding some fresh flowers can make all the difference in the world. If you have never tried it, I encourage you to do so because it will make you feel so good and certainly give you a psychological boost!
I am thinking to soon replace the pink with a dusty mauve and eggplant colors, what  do you think??

Easter time french manicure

Happy Easter!!
This is my Easter french manicure version, hope you like it. It was really simple and quick, I just paid a little attention to the abstract design. For this manicure, I used Ballet slippers and Blanc by Essie and the sparkling nail polish in silver by Sephora.

Idealist by Estee Lauder

I should begin this review by saying that I love Estee Lauder's products, this is actually why I was convinced into purchasing this product in the first place. This serum is supposed to "dramatically reduce the look of uneven skintone", and by this the Company means: redness, acne marks, dark spots, sun spots and discolorations. Well, I may have to admit that maybe I wasn't the best candidate for this serum cause nothing of the abovementioned really troubled me at the time of purchase (about three months ago) apart from some acne marks. And actually these acne marks were a recent achievement from picking on my face for no reason....
Anyway, the serum is a non oily fluid with many sparkly particles that smells real nice and feels great on the skin. I wore it daily under my cream and I felt as if it gave me a pretty glow -probably because of the particles- and not of what it was actually doing on the skin. Three months later, my acne marks are pretty much gone, but I have to say that I did not witness a great overall change on my skin and the serum may have worked on the marks but not quite as fast as some other products I have used in the past. For example, the Clinique even better dark spot corrector (which I did not love either) worked faster and the Mario Badescu whitening mask which I used directly on old red acne scars -even overnight some times- vanished them in no time.
So, to conclude I wasn't really satisfied with the particular product cause I paid quite enough for it and didnt even see a difference, yes it gave me a temporary daily glow, it didnt break me out, it felt nice on the skin, BUT I wouldn't purchase it again.

Beauty doesn't have a colour..

Real beauty is there for us to see, to gaze, to admire...
Beauty does not have a color...
Beauty cannot just be found in one race, in one Country or in one face. Beauty does not have specific facial features or bone structure, it can be found in each person in this planet.
Real beauty derives from within, from the heart and the kindness, this is where we should look for it and not in the aisles of beauty stores.. This is where we should look for our lost confidence.
Beauty lays in each and every one of us, all we need to do is see, gaze and admire...
